About me

Hi, I'm Debbie, and I love helping people feel better through yoga

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked as a beauty therapist and fitness trainer. That wider wellbeing background helps me guide classes that feel practical, supportive, and accessible.

I have also practised traditional yoga in India, which deepened my understanding of mindful movement, breath-led practice, and the importance of creating space to truly reset.
